Scheduling Policies

Post-Booking Details

After booking, we will confirm your
bonfire scheduling, package details, and send you a contract of services. If there are any issues with the date, location, or permit, we will reach out within 24 hours to discuss alternatives. If we cannot accommodate changes, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel your beach bonfire reservation, please contact us 2 business days prior to your reservation by calling 850-399-1055 or by emailing info@barefootbonfires.com.

All standard bonfires include a $150 deposit. Bonfires are paid in full at time of booking. If you decide to cancel, a refund will be granted minus the deposit. Cancelations must be done 2 days before your bonfire to be eligible for a refund less your $150 deposit included in your full payment. Refunds are not granted on the same day. Full refunds are not issued. All refunds have a $150 cancelation fee. This fee is included in the booking or the paid contract of serviceS.  

Payment Policies

To reserve your bonfire, the price must be paid in full. A $150 deposit is included in all reservations. Full refunds less your included deposit are issued only if cancellation is made 2 days prior to your reservation.
